This Northern Spanish house had been thoughtfully renovated by its previous owners, but the services were outdated, and the interiors needed refreshing. We retained most of the original layout while remodelling existing spaces to create a master suite, gym, and home cinema. The house was rewired, and lighting was upgraded to improve functionality, with the bathrooms and kitchen redesigned.
Many of the previous owners’ antiques were incorporated into the new decor, paired with contemporary pieces to create a simpler yet characterful style. Each space features a distinct scheme, reflecting its orientation or unique features.
