Our clients bought this house after returning from years living abroad, needing a home with spaces for every aspect of family life. A wraparound extension was made possible by the wide garden to one side. The front features a classical design with a curved bay and granite detailing, while the back is contemporary, clad in brick to tie it to the original house.
The new kitchen spans the depth of the house, with a bay at the front and a large rear window opening to a terrace and staircase leading to the garden. The lower level includes a gym, playroom, guest bedroom, and a boot room accessed under the new bay. The middle floor houses reception rooms adjacent to the kitchen, while the first floor features a master suite with a dressing room and bathroom, along with children’s bedrooms and bathrooms.
